Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, particularly its proximity to the Quayside and the Millennium Bridge, which is brilliantly lit at night, with easy access to bars and restaurants. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds are also frequently mentioned, along with great showers. Some guests have noted that the hotel may appear a bit dated in certain areas. Wonderful Experience on the Quayside

pastries selection helpful mixologist helpful staff
Breakfast offered a fantastic selection (the pastries were divine!). I enjoyed afternoon tea with my wife. The food was very nice. Ryan, the mixologist, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested cocktails based on our preferences and explained his syrups. The reception staff was also very helpful .
The parking was a bit difficult because the car park serving the hotel undergoes refurbishment. The hotel website should mention the exit-only access.
Rooms
9/10
My Club Beautiful River View room was spacious and well-appointed. It featured a comfortable king-sized bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a work desk. Large windows provided ample natural light and offered views of the nearby landmarks.
Service
9/10
The service i received was attentive and prompt throughout my stay. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly. The reception handled check-in efficiently, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service during both breakfast and dinner.
Location
10/10
The hotel enjoys an excellent location near the river. Many restaurants and pubs are within a short walk. The city center is also easily accessible. You can reach most attractions in approximately 15-20 minutes.

quayside gem!

lovely staff breakfast staff drinks voucher
the staff were lovely! the breakfast staff and the bar staff were especially nice. they really encouraged me to come back. i liked that i could choose drinks vouchers instead of having my room cleaned every day. it's a good way to be more 'green'.
The noise at night was quite noticeable. I could hear the nearby bars from my room.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast had very attentive staff and a good selection. I liked it so much! the bar also had friendly staff and good cocktails, really setting a great tone for the evening.

Bruno at the front desk offered a lovely welcome, and the hotel was immaculate! i felt very valued. tirso's service at breakfast was also great, very polite and helpful. He couldn't do enough for me.

the location is really good on the quayside! it's a little bit out of the way for shopping but great for bars and food. the hotel is also conveniently situated near the tyne bridge.
